For estate liquidators
If you operate a licensed estate liquidation firm and would like to be listed in our directory, we’d like to hear from you. New listings are reviewed weekly and we’ll typically have your firm’s profile live within ten business days of receiving your business license, certificate of insurance, and a sample of recent sale photography. There is no fee to be listed.
For families considering an estate sale
The fastest way to find a vetted estate liquidator in your area is to browse our directory of licensed liquidators. Each profile lists the firm’s service area and specialties, so you can compare firms that handle your type of estate (full house, downsizing, partial liquidation). Browsing the directory is free, and you are under no obligation to engage any of the firms listed.
For buyers and collectors
Keeping up with new sales in a category or region you follow is easiest from the directory itself: every category page and state page lists the newest sales first, so checking back regularly is the most reliable way to catch new listings before sale day.
For press and partnership inquiries
Estate Bid Finder is happy to speak with reporters covering the antiques trade, estate planning, the second-hand economy, or related topics. We can typically provide same-day comment on category trends, regional sale activity, and estate-liquidation best practices.
Office hours
The Estate Bid Finder team operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM through 6:00 PM Eastern. Messages received outside business hours are queued and responded to on the next business day. Time-sensitive matters relating to a scheduled sale (a same-day cancellation, a directory error spotted on sale day) can be flagged in the message body and we’ll do our best to respond same-day even on weekends.
