About this estate sale

Three generations of family heirlooms have been catalogued and tagged for this multi-day liquidation. Buyers will find quality case goods, a substantial collection of fine china and crystal, sterling silver flatware in original chests, a wall of framed art including signed prints, and a fully equipped kitchen with vintage copper cookware. All items priced to sell — no reasonable offer refused on the final day.

What to expect on sale day

Numbered entry tickets will be distributed at the front door beginning 30 minutes before the published opening time on the first day. Entry will proceed in numerical order; the firm asks that buyers respect the queue and refrain from negotiating prices on day one. Cash and in-state checks (with two forms of identification) are accepted; major credit cards are accepted on purchases of $25 or more. Independent buyer guides and reference works are useful pre-sale reading for any first-time visitor.

Discounts compound across the sale weekend per the liquidator’s standard schedule: full price day one, 25 percent off day two, and half-price (or open offers) on day three for any remaining material. Larger items must be paid for at the time of purchase but may be picked up by end of business on the final sale day; the liquidator can usually recommend local movers familiar with estate-sale logistics.

How to find the property

The full street address is published above. Parking is on-street; please be respectful of neighbors and avoid blocking driveways. Please do not arrive before the scheduled distribution of numbered tickets.
