Probate Estate Liquidation — Myrtle Beach, Underwood

June 21 – 22, 2026 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM daily 7923 Willow Drive, Myrtle Beach, SC 91791

About this estate sale

An estate-of-a-collector liquidation focused on a single category — in this case mid-century studio ceramics, art glass, and modernist prints assembled over fifty years of focused buying. Most pieces are signed; many are documented in standard reference works. Pricing reflects current secondary-market comparables.

This sale is conducted by Lantern & Key Estate Sales, a licensed estate liquidator. For a deeper background on how a typical estate-sale weekend is staffed, priced, and discounted, the broader trade press and independent buyer guides are the best reference.

What to expect on sale day

Numbered entry tickets will be distributed at the front door beginning 30 minutes before the published opening time on the first day. Entry will proceed in numerical order; the firm asks that buyers respect the queue and refrain from negotiating prices on day one. Cash and in-state checks (with two forms of identification) are accepted; major credit cards are accepted on purchases of $25 or more. Independent buyer guides and reference works are useful pre-sale reading for any first-time visitor.

Discounts compound across the sale weekend per the liquidator’s standard schedule: full price day one, 25 percent off day two, and half-price (or open offers) on day three for any remaining material. Larger items must be paid for at the time of purchase but may be picked up by end of business on the final sale day; the liquidator can usually recommend local movers familiar with estate-sale logistics.

How to find the property

The full street address is published above. Parking is on-street; please be respectful of neighbors and avoid blocking driveways. Please do not arrive before the scheduled distribution of numbered tickets.
